Jason’s Golf Specific Training Program will help you increase
strength endurance, flexibility, balance, core strength, and

Workouts are completed in either private One-On-One
sessions or in semi-private Foursome sessions. This program
is guaranteed to improve your golf game by strengthening
and conditioning your entire body.
We provide constant coaching, motivation and accountability.

Whether you choose one-on-one private sessions or
affordable small group “Foursome” sessions you will be
insured plenty of personal coaching and attention.

You pay just $199.00 a month and recieve
two semi-private personal training
sessions per week. Plus you also receive
unlimited 24-hour use of our fitness facilty.
Each session will have a maximum of four
participants and every workout is custom
designed to improve you fitness and
