There is a reason every top golfer is involved with a strength  and conditioning coach...It works!  Jason’s Golf Specific Training Program will help you increase  strength endurance, flexibility, balance, core strength, and  overall body awareness.  Workouts are completed in either private One-On-One  sessions or in semi-private Foursome sessions.  This program  is guaranteed to improve your golf game by strengthening  and conditioning your entire body.    We provide constant coaching, motivation and accountability.   You will not only reach your goals, but enjoy the process as  well!    Whether you choose one-on-one private sessions or  affordable small group “Foursome” sessions you will be  insured plenty of personal coaching and attention.
Introducing The 4-Some Program This program is designed to give you all of  the benefits of personal training at a  fraction of the cost. You pay just $199.00 a month and recieve  two semi-private personal training  sessions per week.  Plus you also receive  unlimited 24-hour use of our fitness facilty.  Each session will have a maximum of four  participants and every workout is custom  designed to improve you fitness and  enhance your golf game.
